How to educate leaders?

I couldn't force myself from writing this post, because I came earlier today to work because I wanted to plan some materials for my participants in my presentation skills course which is running nowadays, I just checked some of the videos I downloaded earlier from ted.com and I found this video.

I couldn't express my feelings to you about the inspirations, energy, enthusiasm and the power that Mr. Patrick Awuah from Ghana gave me from his Ted Talk.
He is a perfect example of an African citizen who is suffering from the way life is going in Africa, but the essence is that; he didn't be another copy like most of us, just complaining, complaining, complaining, complaining.

He made an action, he made a step, he contributed to solve one of the problems his own way.

I wish if each and every African citizen instead of complaining from the dark, just light one candle at own family or community, so that we can make a huge transformation for Africa.

Your step shouldn't be something BIG that will bring you fame or glory, it could be as simple as one of the following:
  • Develop your own-self.
  • Create change within your family.
  • Change simple pattern of your own life.
  • Complete your study so as to change your life for the better.
Because if we don't have the right knowledge, skills and abilities, we won't be able to make any difference.

Thank you very much Patrick by sparking me to think about it that way, henceforth you are my favorite influencer.

Please watch the video below and think of your self as Patrick Awuah and draw your picture for the future.
